UX Design in the time of COVID-19

The future seems unpredictable and uncertain and as a new UX designer, I’ve wondered what my role in all of this could be. If I looked back 10 or 20 years ago, would I be proud of how I faced this situation?

It’s pretty easy to feel overwhelmed but it became important for me to realize and acknowledge what is and isn’t in my control. I can’t change the overall course of the pandemic but I can do my part in curbing it and helping others around.

In the context of UX design, I’ve decided volunteer with groups to use my design, research and project management skills to help flatten the curve.
